Big Bang Injection only offers complete, calibrated and matched, sets of six injectors. The fuel flow of each single injector set is calibrated and matched to a flow tolerance within 2%. They do not sell nozzles separately. BBI also only uses completely new injectors, they do not sell re-manufactured units. For this reason we do not have any core charges. This is the only way to achieve perfect quality.

MY03 - 2003 - 2004 Ram Injector Specs
Originaly these injectors have a flow rate of 60l/h @ a pressure of 100bar.

Stage1
nozzle flow rate of 78l/h/100bar --> 30% increase compared to stock
These injectors are capable of up to 700rwhp. We've found NO reason to run injectors smaller than Stage 1. Injection quantity reduction is a simple adjustment, thanks to Smarty. Decrease fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up, or crank it up to 700 RWHP.

Stage2
nozzle flow rate of 103l/h/100bar --> 72% increase compared to stock
These injectors are capable of up to 1000rwhp. Dual hi-pressure cp3 injection pumps are required to achieve this power level. Twin turbochargers are recommended. You can also use these injectors with minimal engine modifications on the lower performance levels of Smarty. Decrease fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up, or crank it up to 1000 RWHP.

Stage3
nozzle flow rate of 120l/h/100bar --> 100% increase compared to stock
These injectors are capable of above & beyond 1000rwhp. Dual hi-pressure cp3 injection pumps are required. Should only be used with twin turbos.

Stage4
nozzle flow rate of 144l/h/100bar --> 140% increase compared to stock
Injector output with changed setup --> 163% increase compared to stock (full load injection 1600bar/1700s). The higher the rpm, the higher the difference in performance!
For extreme competition projects only. The complete injector set up is altered in our stage 4 series of injectors. These injectors are designed to get the maximum amount of fuel, in the shortest amount of time, into the combustion chamber. Be careful ! These injectors are not real easy to control. These internal alterations add the advantages of better engine response and maximum performance at high rpm. These internal body design changes can be added to our Stage 1, 2 & 3 injectors by special request.

MY04 - 2004.5 - 2007 Ram Injector Specs
Originaly these injectors have a flow rate of 61.8l/h @ a pressure of 100bar.


Stage1
nozzle flow rate of 76.2l/h/100bar --> 24% increase compared to stock
These injectors are capable of up to 700rwhp. We've found NO reason to run injectors smaller than Stage 1. Injection quantity reduction is a simple adjustment, thanks to Smarty. Decrease fuel quantity to satisfy the needs of your current set up, or crank it up to 700 RWHP.Twin turbo chargers are suggested.

Stage2-4
Because of the inappropriate nozzle spray angle we do not offer a higher flow nozzle for these types of engines. Any larger than the Stage 1, our quality control standards could not be met.
In addition to the Stage 1 nozzles the complete injector setup can be changed, which provides better engine response and high performance at high rpms.
Changing to 2003 Pistons paves the way to use our MY03 Nozzles, with their ideal spray angle. With the 2003 style pistons, there are no Limits on Power or reliability.

MY07 - 2007.5 - 2012 Ram Injector Specs
Originaly these injectors have a flow rate of 66l/h @ a pressure of 100bar.


Stage1.5
nozzle flow rate of 96l/h/100bar --> 45% increase compared to stock
These injectors are capable of up to 900rwhp. While it is considered a race injector, they will perform superbly in a daily driven worktruck with no disadvantages. True to our tradition we are building these injectors by hand, to the highest standards available. To reach the 900hp range a dual cp3 system is a must.We are very proud of this outstanding new product.

Stage3
nozzle flow rate of 120l/h/100bar --> 82% increase compared to stock
The ultimate 6.7 injector, (as long as the market doesn't ask for more) Power output will depend upon the capabilities of your particular build. 1000hp and above is what can be expected of a quality build. A dual cp3 system and twins are a must. True to our tradition we are building these injectors by hand, to the highest standards available. We are very proud of this outstanding new product.
